Ingredients

  1. 3 (15 oz)cans black beans, drained & rinsed
  2. 2red onions, diced
  3. 2 tbspminced garlic
  4. 1ripe avocado, diced
  5. 1jalapeno pepper, diced
  6. 2limes, juiced
  7. 32 ozlow sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  8. 2 tbspcumin
  9. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  10. 1 tspblack pepper
  11. 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions and garlic over medium heat

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker

  3. 3

    Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Blend all/half/none of the soup as desired
