One of the tastiest cheese pies I've ever had, with a rich, creamy filling made with light cheeses and just a little butter! Truly wonderful!

One of the tastiest cheese pies I've ever had, with a rich, creamy filling made with light cheeses and just a little butter! Truly wonderful!

In a bowl, combine all the shredded cheeses and the cream cheese. Mix well.

Gently separate and fluff the kataifi pastry with your hands.

Brush a baking pan with a little butter and spread half of the kataifi pastry (about 250 grams / 8.8 oz) on the bottom. Brush lightly with a bit more butter.

Add the cheese filling, then cover with the remaining kataifi pastry.

In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs, add the milk, a little salt, and pepper. Mix well and pour evenly over the pie.

Bake with convection at 400°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes.
