  • 1 packagekataifi pastry (about 500 grams / 1.1 lbs)
  • 1 3/4 cupsshredded light yellow cheese (about 200 grams)
  • 2 cupslight feta cheese (about 300 grams)
  • 3/4 cuplight cream cheese (about 200 grams)
  • 3 tablespoonsbutter (about 40 grams)
  • 2eggs
  • 2 cupslight milk (about 480 ml)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    In a bowl, combine all the shredded cheeses and the cream cheese. Mix well.

    Gently separate and fluff the kataifi pastry with your hands.

    Brush a baking pan with a little butter and spread half of the kataifi pastry (about 250 grams / 8.8 oz) on the bottom. Brush lightly with a bit more butter.

    Add the cheese filling, then cover with the remaining kataifi pastry.

  5. 5

    In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs, add the milk, a little salt, and pepper. Mix well and pour evenly over the pie.

  6. 6

    Bake with convection at 400°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes.
