  1. 400 mlchilled water
  2. 4 tspjaggery
  3. 4green cardamom
  4. 8black pepper corns
  5. 1/2 tspdry ginger powder
  6. 6saffron strands
  7. 1 pinchedible camphor -- Bhimseni Karpur
  8. 1 pinchrock salt
  9. 2 tsplemon juice
  10. 6 leavestulsi

Prep time 5 minutes
  1. 1

    Take chilled water in a pot. Add jaggery, dry ginger powder, salt in it. Stir well.

    Crush cardamom and black pepper corns. Add in jaggery water. Stir well. Keep aside to infused flavor.

    Now add edible camphor and lemon juice in sweet water. Strain it in a strainer. Add saffron and tulsi leaves. Mix well.

At the age of 18, I got married to a huge joint family and started my new journey. My family loves my dishes and appreciates me. Especially my husband and my son.
