Ingredients

15 minutes
Many
  1. 1 &1/2 cup ragi flour
  2. 1 &1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. 1& 1/2 cup organic jaggery grated
  4. 1/4 cup dry fruits coarse powder
  5. 1 tspoon cardamom powder
  6. 1 cup or more ghee

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast ragi flourin slow flame upto six minutes and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Dry roast wheat flour for six seven minutes and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Heat ghee in a pan add both flours and roast till mix together.Cool.

  4. 4

    Now add grated jaggery, cardamom powder and dry fruit powder and mix well by hands.Roll ladoos as desired size and enjoy.
