Ingredients

2 servings
  • 100 gmSemolina (suji)
  • 50 gmYogurt
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 50 gmChopped mixed vegetables (onion, tomato, capsicum, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoonOil

Steps

    Mix semolina, yogurt, water, and salt to make a batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

    While resting, chop all vegetables finely.

    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.

    Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread gently.

    Sprinkle chopped vegetables evenly on top.

    Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side.

    Serve hot.

Tips

For a crispier uttapam, ensure the pan is well-heated before pouring the batter.
