Score the chicken and place in a bowl.

Squeeze in lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, 1 tablespoon cilantro, salt, pepper powder, and yogurt. Mix well to coat the chicken. Marinate for 20 minutes.

In a Dutch oven, heat oil and sauté cloves, pepper corns and garlic for 1 minute or till fragrant.
