Ingredients

  • 100 gbulgur or couscous
  • 2tomatoes, finely cut
  • 1small onion, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cupfresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupfresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1lemon juice
  • 2-3 Tbspextra olive oil
  • to tasteSalt – chili powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook bulgur or couscous until is softened. Set aside. .

    Put all chopped herbs, tomatoes and onions in a bowl, add cooked bulgur or couscous.

    Add lemon juice and olive oil. Mix all ingredients.

    Season with salt and pepper.
