Steps

Take a pan add ghee and heat it. Add seviyan and roast it for few minutes until turns golden brown.

Add milk in the pan. Mix it well. Add cardamom powder and stir it. Bring it to a boil.

Add sugar. Cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame. Stir it. Add chopped dryfruits and mix it well.

When milk started thick. Switch off the flame. Seviyan is ready now. Serve hot and enjoy...... 😊😊
