🥯 Bagel sandwich 🥯

This has been my go-to breakfast sandwich lately ✨
I love to pair it with some fruit or a smoothie for extra protein.
Notes:
- I recommend to cut the cucumber and tomato very thinly, it gives a better sandwich.
- You can substitute the everything bagel for a plain one or you can use a bread of your choice.

Assemble all ingredients.

Toast bagels in a toaster or oven.

Once toasted to the desired level, spread 1 tbsp of cream cheese on each side.

Add cucumber and tomato slices to one side and season with salt and pepper.

Add the other bagel half on top and cut in half for easier consumption.
