1 small loaf
  1. 1banana
  2. 1egg
  3. 4 tablespoonswhole wheat flour (about 30 grams)
  4. 3 tablespoonsoat flour (about 25 grams)
  5. 3-4 tablespoonsGreek yogurt (about 100 grams)
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract (optional)
  8. Chocolate chips and walnuts (optional)

    Mash the banana.

  2. 2

    Add the egg and Greek yogurt (add vanilla extract now if using), and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add the whole wheat flour, oat flour, and baking powder. Mix until combined (add chocolate chips or walnuts if desired).

  4. 4

    Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 35-40 minutes.
