Ingredients

  1. 180 gramssoft brie like goats cheese
  2. 1small bunch of seedless black grapes
  3. 2large fresh strawberries
  4. 2 handfulsmixed spinach and rocket
  5. 2good sprinklings of vintage balsamic vinegar
  6. 2crusty artisan bread rolls
  7. 2 spoonfulsdairy free spread or butter

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut your roll in a burger like fashion

  2. 2

    Spread with butter of you want, I use dairy free spread

  3. 3

    Slice the cheese into thick slices, arrange on the buns

  4. 4

    Top with strawberry slices and black seedless grapes

  5. 5

    Arrange some Salat leaf on a plate, sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar, make sure that you leave the middle vinegar free

  6. 6

    Serve the filled buns sitting in the middle of the plate with lettuce.

  7. 7

    Make sure that you have a little fork by the plate for people to add the lettuce if desired on the burger.

  8. 8

    Hope you love this concoction of mine, I loved it.
