Take a knife and cut the sausages horizontally from the top all through the center leaving 2cm at the last end uncut

Using the two cut edges, curve the sausages in a love like shape and join the ends with a toothpick.

In a hot pan with oil, place the love shaped sausages then take each of the eggs,beating them from the top so that the egg yolk may come first.

Allow to cook well till it becomes us shown in the picture then serve all of them under slices of bread
