i was inspired because theres nothing else in my frige and i'm a good cook. this dish could be served as a snack but i ate it with rice because i was hungry

Ingredients

it depends on you tbh
1-2 servings
  1. the soup
  2. 1carrot (chopped)
  3. 1smashed white garlic
  4. 2chopped red garlic
  5. 1 spooncrushed peanuts
  6. 1 bowlbroth (recommended, shrimp and scallop broth but if you dont have use chicken, duck, pig or cow (if no broth, use water))
  7. salt to liking, and don't hesitate even if your russian
  8. oregano
  9. quite generous amount of mushroom
  10. sesame oil
  11. soy sauce (optional)
  12. oyster sauce (optional)
  13. 2of half a centimetre horizontal chopped ginger (sorry guys i'm asian but in comparison its around a paper fold six times)
  14. filling (this whole list is quite literally optional)
  15. wonton
  16. oden
  17. topping
  18. enoki mushroom
  19. parsley
  20. halfsmashed garlic (if none, use garlic powder)
  21. salt
  22. chopped scallions (optional)

Steps

it depends on you tbh
  1. 1

    Cut the oden into triangles

    Divide the enoki into two parts, the half bottom and up

  3. 3

    Fry the top part of enoki to brown

    Stir fry the soup ingredients without the broth, and add sesame oil (if you have more mushroom, use it)

    If it looks about like this, add salt, msg if you have, and broth/water

    Strain the broth after 3 minutes covered

    Add filling, and a little more water, cover and wait five minutes medium heat

  8. 8

    Arrange the filling first, add a good amount of broth and add toppings (i was missing scallion)
