Prepare the pasta according to package directions. cooks approximately 9 minutes, drain, and set aside to cool.

Wash and dry your produce. Finely dice the mini peppers into small, uniform pieces.

Mince the green onions on a slight bias for a professional look. For the peppers, I like to cut them into thin strips first and then dice them across; this keeps the pieces small so they distribute perfectly throughout the pasta salad.

Use one medium-sized apple. (Honey crisp) This will give you roughly 1 to 1.5 cups of fruit, which balances well with the 1.5 peppers and the seafood.
Preparation: Small Diced (approx. 1/4 inch). * Since the peppers, crab, and shrimp are all chopped, a small dice ensures the apple integrates into the salad rather than sitting on top as a garnish. - 5
Add the mayonnaise, French dressing, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to big bowl and whisk until fully combined.

Now add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, including the cooked pasta, and stir until combined and all ingredients are coated in sauce.
