  • 2duck eggs
  • Black pepper
  • 7 ozwild betel leaves (about 200 grams)
  • Lard or cooking oil
  • 1garlic clove
  • Fish sauce, MSG (optional)

Steps

    Wash the wild betel leaves and slice them into thin strips.

    Crack the duck eggs into a bowl.

    Mix the eggs and wild betel leaves in the bowl. Add fish sauce, black pepper, MSG (if using), and season to taste.

    Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a little lard or cooking oil, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then pour in the egg mixture and fry until cooked. Serve hot.
