Potato Salad/ Aloo Kachalu/ Aloo Chukauni In Nepali Style

Adjust the all ingredients on the top. Add in a large Pan or bowl, yogurt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala powder and black salt.

Add slices of potatoes, green chilli and onions. Mix it well.

Heat in a small tadka pan, add mustard oil. Let it hot. Add methi seeds. Let it creckle and golden. Then turn off the flame and add pinch of turmeric powder and pinch of red chilli powder.

Add the tadka over the prepared chukauni. Nepali Chukauni is ready. Ready to serve with your favourite lunch or dinner. ENJOY 😊
Tips
When preparing chukauni, always used fresh curd. Add some chaat masala powder, potato chukauni make more delicious and tasty 😋
