Steps

In a bowl, combine all the above ingredients except tulsi leaves and water
- 2
Add cold water to the above mix. Add a few tulsi leaves.

Mix together so that the jaggery dissolves completely.
- 4
Strain to remove the impurities of the jaggery if any.
- 5
Garnish with a few tulsi leaves and serve chilled.
- 6
A pinch of Black salt enhances the flavor.
Tips
Do not exceed the suggested amount of camphor, or it will become bitter.
Health Benefits: As a natural cooler, it acts as a healthy digestive aid during hot summers.
