Salad with Arbequina Olives, Orange, and Cherry Tomatoes

This time, I'm sharing another simple salad. Usually, I don't use vinegar in my salads because if there's any leftover, it can make the tomatoes and lettuce soggy. However, I decided to try apple cider vinegar glaze as a dressing for this one.

Steps

Peel the orange and cut it into small cubes.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.

Cut the onion into thin half-moons.

Add the Arbequina olives (or any olives you prefer).

Season with salt, apple cider vinegar glaze, and olive oil.

Toss everything together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
