Kashmiri Dum Aloo is a very healthy and delicious and chatpata. Kashmiri pandit make dum aloo very different style they can't use onion and garlic they use khada masala and make unique Dam Aloo
Steps

First take 500 gram aloo wash it and and boil in cooker for two whistles and peel it.

And then prick potato with fork and fry in oil for 5 minute.

Then take 3/4 cup curd and cashew nuts and red chilli powder fennel powder dry ginger powder and turmeric powder take all the masala in a bowl.

Mix well in a bowl then take a pan and heat 1/2cup oil in a pan. Then add cumin seeds and1 bay leaf and 2 cinnamon stick and 2 cloves 1black cardamom and 3 green cardamom 1 tsp hing roast 1 minutes then add curd masala mix well. Then add then add

Then add cashew,s paste and 2tbsp Kashmirired chilli powder turmeric powder 2 tsp salt and roast for 3 minute and add 1 cup water and cover lid cook for 10 minute.
