Grate the broccoli

Add grated boiled potatoes, finely chopped coriander, finely chopped green chillies.

Add salt, chaat masala,jeera powder, red chilli powder and ajwain.

Add wheat flour and mix well. Add little water or dry flour if required.Make a soft dough like we make for chapati. Grease with oil and keep aside for 5 mins.

Take a ball of dough and apply some dry flour and make thin rotis.Cook on medium flame from both the sides till nicely cooked.Apply some ghee or oil.

Serve yummy theplas with curd.You can also make parathas with the same dough.
