This is one of the best Indian snacks recipe which is quick and easy snacks anytime. Everyone loves pakora with fried chilli or chutney.
Steps

Take chickpea flour, rice flour and corn flour. Mix it well.

Wash,peel and make slices of potato and onion. Wash Palak Patta. Wash methi bhaji.

Add turmeric powder, salt, chilli flakes. Add carom seeds, asafoetida and chopped green coriander.

Add required water and make thick pakora batter. Divide batter in two parts. Heat the oil to fry pakora.

Now add 1/4 cup of water in a batter to make thin for to fry slices pakora. Deep potato slices, onion slices, chilli spices and palak patta one by one. Fry golden brown on medium heat.

Fry palak patta. Keep aside all fried pakora. Now take another thick batter of pakora. Add chopped green chilli, crushed black pepper and methi leaves. Add eating soda and stir stir well.

Fry methi pakora. When it cooked remove from the oil.

Serve hot pakora platter with besan chutney. It's very delicious. You can enjoy as a breakfast or dinner.
