Watercress is as tasty to eat as it is beneficial for health .
Steps

Wash the greens thoroughly and chop them roughly.

Chopped onions and tomato🍅

Mash the ginger and garlic well.

Heat the oil in a kadhai

Sauté the onions until light brown
- 6
After the onion is light brown add soya seeds and fry till it's light brown
- 7
Now add ginger garlic paste, tomato, turmeric powder, jeera dhania powder and salt

Cook all the ingredients and spices thoroughly until the oil is separate
- 9
Now mix the soya seeds and the cooked spices in to the saag.

Now cook the watercress for few minutes until the it's cooked properly

Now it's ready to serve hot.
