An innovative twist to the classic Mumbai street food vada pav.
Steps

Mash boiled potato,heat oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder then add mash boiled potato,salt, green chilli paste and ginger paste mix everything well add lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Prepare besan batter using ingredients mentioned above.

Cut bread slices, and apply green chutney and red garlic chutney.

Now take two pieces of bread place some potato masala between and cover it with potato masala all over.

Heat oil dip the prepared potato ball in and fry till nice golden colour.

Serve it with fried green chilli.
Tips
Whisk besan batter using beater till batter becomes light,no need to add soda .
