Prepare the kheer by adding chopped onion, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric, Maggi masala and salt to the gram flour and adding required water. After a while, put oil in a pan and add the kheer. Shape it into a round shape with a spoon and fry it on low heat with oil until it is nicely cooked and then serve hot.

Tips
To make the chilla soft and crispy, add a teaspoon of rice flour to improve the taste.
