Samosas
I tried to make this for the first timehop you will enjoy my recipe.
Steps

For the dough mix 1/2 tsp of salt and flour.Add 1 tbsp of oil,water gradually and knead for 5 minutes to form a ball

Let it rest then, chopp the onions. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion till golden brown. add the garlic, salt and chillie powder and cook for 4 minutes. Then add the boiled green grams and continue frying for 5 more minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the mashed potatoes onions, the fried green grams and the chopped corriander. mix evenly.

Then divide the dough into 7 equal sizeable balls.

Roll each ball using a rolling pin into a 5 inch circle. Then cut the circle into half. using a little water brush the edges and fold it into half.

Align the 2 straight edges to overlap forming a cone. squeeze the edges together to form a tight seal

Then place about 1 tbsp of the filling inside each cone leaving the top edge clean. then moisten the top edge with a little water to make another tight seal.

Repeat with the remaining dough and filling

Then heat the oil in a frying pan in medium heat. use a deep saucepan.

Then put the samosa in the pan and fry them. when one side has turned golden brown turn and fry both side.

Drain using paper towels and serve.
