Soya a power protein ingredient lured me to infuse it into meals especially for children via home cooked dish. Soya chaap is a very popular north indian dish. Being a chilled out foodie who loves experimenting moved me to prepare a variant of kathi roll. It is ideal for a healthy breakfast. Healthy and nutritious for children because of it's protein packed soya content. Believe me, you can never go wrong with this dish. Happy Cooking!!
