Vegetable Dum Biryani

Add oil and fry onions, tomato and add ginger garlic paste. Wait till the tomato lets its juices. Then add all the vegetables and fry for a minute and add the powders mentioned with 3cups of water. Cover it for 15mins and let it cook well until the gravy leaves oil and the portion comes to half. Now add half cooked basmati rice and spread evenly (Don't mix). Add coriander leaves and finely chopped onions that is fried with oil or ghee(Optional) and steam it for 15mins.

You can add any vegetables of your choice. For the same gravy you can add Boiled egg before adding rice and then steam it the same way.
