  • Cooking oil
  • 4tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • Chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the meat into proportional sizes

  2. 2

    Arrange them in the already prepared roasting tray

  3. 3

    As the meat is getting ready wash the other ingredients

  4. 4

    Cut the tomatoes, onions, chillies and dhania evenly

  5. 5

    Mix the ingredient and in readiness of the roast serve in 4 portions while hot
