  1. 3eggs
  2. 2 tbspmilk
  3. 1 tbspbutter 🧈
  4. salt & pepper
  5. 2 slices ofbread, toasted golden 🍞✨

Steps

  1. 1

    Crack your eggs into a bowl… add a tiny splash of milk and whisk whisk whisk~ 🫧

  2. 2

    Melt some butter in a pan on low-medium heat… don't rush this ok!! patience~ (〃ω〃)

  3. 3

    Pour the eggs in and gently stir with a spatula… keep it slow & soft, folding them over~ 💭

  4. 4

    Take them off the heat just before they're fully done… they keep cooking on their own hehe 🔥

  5. 5

    Toast your bread until it's nice & golden~ pile the eggs on top 🍳🍞

  6. 6

    Sprinkle salt & pepper and… that's it!! 💗
