Chop methi and grate lauki

Take parant put all flour salt ajwain red chili powder til oil chopped methi grated lauki and knead into dough

Take small portion make round and apply ghee on it put cheese slice and cover it and roll it

Put on tawa and cook from both sides by applying ghee

Methi lauki cheese ready to serve with white butter and mango pickle
