Wash and cut bhindi in 1 inch length wise.

Cut 1 onion in 1inch dice and another in small pieces. Cut tomato also in dices.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet and put diced onions and green chillies.

Fry onion till pink and remove from oil.

Put bhindi pieces in the same oil and fry.

Fry bhindi pieces till soft and remove from oil.

Add more oil in skillet and put whole spices.

When the whole spices crackle, add chopped onions and fry.

Fry for a minute and add tomato pieces.

Fry again for a minute and add fried bhindi pieces.

Add turmeric and chilli powder and mix well.

Add salt and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Open the lid and add fried onion pieces. Mix well and cook again for 2-3 minutes on low heat.

Add chaat masala powder and mix well.

In last, add chopped Coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
