300 gpumpkin/kabocha squash, cut into bite sized pieces
2 slicesham, torn into pieces by hand
2bouillon cubes (soup stock)
10-20 gcream cheese (if you have and like)
2 Tbspmayonnaise, to taste
1-2sprigs parsley, chopped
to tastesalt, pepper

Add the pumpkin and bouillon cubes (soup stock) to just enough cold water to cover and then bring to a boil until cooked. Drain well and immediately mash them.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season them with salt and pepper.
