Beat eggs, salt and sugar with chop sticks.

Chop red ginger (option)

Lightly coat the pan with vegetable oil, heat it, and pour the egg mixture.

Place the red ginger and roll from the bottom. Then pour egg mixture and roll. Repeat it several times.

Wrap the Tamagoyaki. Using five chopsticks, press the Tamagoyaki together to form a flower shape and secure it with a rubber band. Leave it for a while.

Cut the cucumber in half, remove the seeds, and cut it into 5 pieces.

Put cooked rice on Nori seaweed sheet on wrapping film like this photo.

Place cucumber slices around the flower, then wrap it in rice and seaweed. Leave it wrapped in plastic wrap for a while.

Cut Sushi with clean sharpened knife.
