Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 6pork chops
  • 1large can of baked beans
  • 1/2 cupKaro syrup
  • Sliced onion to cover baked beans
  • Thin slices of potatoes to cover baked beans
  • Salt and pepper to taste (may use creole or cajun seasoning)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place baked beans in a 13"x9" baking dish or pan

  2. 2

    Add karo syrup

  3. 3

    Top with potato slices

  4. 4

    Top with onion slices

  5. 5

    Put on pork chops

  6. 6

    Salt and pepper

  7. 7

    Dribble a small amount of karo syrup (there's always a small amount left in the measuring cup)

  8. 8

    Bake at 350 degrees for 60-90 minutes depending on the thickness of the chops.
