  • goat meat
  • pepper
  • salt
  • groundnut oil
  • kitchen glory
  • 2 cubesknorr
  • corn beef
  • sweet corn,
  • carrot
  • onions leaves
  • green beans
  • onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the rice and then wash it.

  2. 2

    Cook it again to half done.

  3. 3

    Put the cut in pieces carrot,onions leaves,sweet corn and every other ingredients that I mentioned

  4. 4

    Seasoning for taste, the groundnut oil.

  5. 5

    Put the food down after its soft and the water dried.

  6. 6

    Prepare the salad with the other sliced carrot,cabbage, sweet corn,and then add salad cream(Heinz)

  7. 7

    Enjoy your meal.
