Steps

Wash spinach properly and remove excess water,cut spinach.

Transfer to mixer jar,add garlic cloves,ginger,green chilli, cumin seeds and grind. Now add curd and grind.

Transfer it to a big plate (parat) Now add wheat flour, besan, all dry spices, carom seeds, mix well.

Knead it and make a dove,apply little oil and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Now take small portion and roll it

Now roast it,apply little oil.Serve with your favorite chutney, curd.
