Steps

Chopped Raw Mango and Carrot into small cubes

Take a pan add oil,crackle the spices and stir fry the Mango and Carrot

Cook for about 5-7 minutes by adding 4-5 tbs of water

Later add jaggery to them

Let everything cooked nicely, semi thick blended gravy and switch off the flame !

The Tangy,Sweet and yummy pickle is ready to consume with your regular Meals🥰
Tips
Always keep some gravy in the pickle so that it tastes good 👍
