Dry the green wheat a little and roast it in a kadi and grind it in a mixer until crispy. Then put ghee in a kadi and add the ground powder of pokh and roast it. When it is roasted well, add milk and sugar and mix well. When the sugar becomes smooth, put ghee in a plate and add the mixture. Set it well and serve. Wheat and pokh are also called pokh. It cannot be dried and stored. This dish can be made till the end of the month

Tips
Instead of sugar in this dish, you can use jaggery or take half and half.
