Steps

Firstly, take 2 tbsp ghee in a kadai.Add 1 tsp cumin, 1 bay leaf, 1 inch cinnamon, and 2 cloves

Add 2 cloves garlic, 1 inch ginger, 3 chilli and saute well. cloves. Saute until the spices turn aromatic.

Also, saute 1 onion till it softens.

Add 1/2 cup peas and saute 2 minutes.

Now add 3 tomato and cook till tomato turns soft and mushy.

Further add 1 tsp turmeric,2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp coriander, and saute till the spices turn aromatic.

Pour in 6 cup water. Mix and to a boil.

Add in 3 cup basmati rice and mix gently.

Cover it.Once the water settles down, fluff the rice gently.

Finally, enjoy the Tomato pulav with raita. Garnish it with coriander leaves
