Mix dal wash and soak for 30 minutes

Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds mustard seeds curry leaves green chilli red chilli stir add onion stir fry lightly

Add tomato ginger garlic paste salt red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder stir fry to cook

Now add soaked dals and cook well

Now add coriander leaves and desi ghee and garam masala powder

Transfer into serving bowl garnish coriander leaves

Ready to serve with boil rice and mint chutney onion achar
