Cut butter into the box mix.

Whisk eggs & vinegar together until foamy

Pour egg mixture into flour mixture. Add cold water 1 Tbsp until dough stays together

Blind baking (no filling): Bake at 400° convection for 15-20 min.

Let cool completely before adding filling

Filled/Fruit Pies: Bake at 425°F for the first 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 375°F for 45–60 minutes until bubbling.
