Ingredients

  • 1 boxglutino pie crust mix
  • 14 Tbspbutter, chilled & cut into cubes or pats
  • 2eggs
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tspvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut butter into the box mix.

  2. 2

    Whisk eggs & vinegar together until foamy

  3. 3

    Pour egg mixture into flour mixture. Add cold water 1 Tbsp until dough stays together

  4. 4

    Blind baking (no filling): Bake at 400° convection for 15-20 min.

  5. 5

    Let cool completely before adding filling

  6. 6

    Filled/Fruit Pies: Bake at 425°F for the first 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 375°F for 45–60 minutes until bubbling.
