  • 1 bowlJamun (Indian black plum)
  • 2 tspSugar
  • 1/4 tspBlack salt
  • 4 piecesIce cubes
  • 200 mlWater

    Wash jamun and add jamun in a big bowl. Add sugar and black salt in jamun. Mix well.

    Add sugar and black salt. Mix well properly.Mash jamun with hand

    Remove seeds. Sieve pulp in a bowl. Mash pulp in a bowl.

    Add water and stir until the sugar dissolves.

    Add the mixture into a glass.

    Add ice cubes and stir gently. Garnish with a jamun or a decorative umbrella. If desired.
