This very much like a chicken Caesar-style salad with boiled eggs, chopped romaine lettuce, seasoned chicken pieces, and a creamy dressing drizzled over the top.

Cook the eggs
Place eggs in a pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover for:
10–12 minutes for firm yolks
Cool in ice water and peel.

Cook the chicken
Toss chicken with oil and seasonings.
Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side.
Rest for 5 minutes.

Make the dressing
Whisk together:
Mayo
Yogurt
Lemon juice
Dijon
Garlic
Salt and pepperAdd a splash of milk if you want it thinner.

Assemble
In a large bowl:
Add chopped lettuce.
Add chicken pieces.
Add croutons and Parmesan.
Drizzle with dressing.
Top with quartered eggs.
