Steps

Put a pan with water to boil potato sliced for 2 min only.add some salt in it.

Drain all the water from potatoes sliced and keep them aside to cool.

Take another pan for frying. Heat oil on a medium flame and fry all potatoes for 2-4 min. Once all the potatoes are fry then repeat the same and fry again until it becomes golden in colour.

Place them in a serving plate and add all the spices on it. Server hot and crispy potato wedges to your loved ones.
