Boil butternut for 15 Minutes till its well cooked then mash it.

Mix the mashed butternut with 1 liter of lukewarm water, stir the mixture till its well mixed.

Add wheat flour to the butternut mixture to make dough. Add a little oil to your mixture to make it soft while cooking

Roll pieces of dough into smaller 'ball like ' pieces ready to be 'rolled'

Heat pan, add a little oil on it then place the rolled dough to the pan then cook for around 45 secs on medium heat then turn the side and remember to add oil with each chapati roll placed in the pan.

Your butternut chapati is now ready and you can serve it with beef stew. Bon appetité
