Place both the chocolate in a 2 large bowl. Melt the chocolates in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Melt this mixture using double boiler method. Take a saucepan with glassful of water and bring to a simmer. Put the bowl (with chocolate mixture) on top of it. Make sure that bottom of the bowl is not touching to the water.

Let the mixer cool down to room temperature.

Meanwhile whip the cream. Take the chilled heavy whipping cream in a bowl. Start whipping it using hand mixer.Whip it still you get stiff peaks. Do not over-mix it otherwise cream will curdle and it will turn into butter.

Now melted chocolate is cooled completely. In that bowl, add whipped cream in each one.

Gently fold the cream into the chocolate mixer until combined and smooth.

Divide the mousse into individual serving bowl or glass.first use white chocolate then dark.before that don't forget to add crushed Oreo biscuits.

Garnish with choco chips and cashew nuts or any nuts & fruits of your choice.

Keep in the refrigerator to set for about 2 hours or more.

It is little rich and heavy dessert because of cream in it. So adjust the serving size accordingly.😊😊😊
