1 Drink
  • 2 ozSilver Tequila
  • 2 ozCointreau
  • 1 ozFreshly squeezed lime juice (from about 1 large lime)
  • 1 ozSimple syrup
  • Crushed ice

    Put the crushed ice into a shaker. Add everything else and shake HARD for 1-2 mins.

    Serve in a pre chilled glass (with a salted rim if you want) and I lime wheel - or just drink....... we don't have time tonight lol - ENJOY :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
