Ingredients

  • Salad mix lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh mushrooms
  • Sausage
  • Olives
  • Walnuts or pecans
  • Fresh cheese or any spiced cheese
  • Dressing-
  • 50 mlextra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsvinegar
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 1 tspmustard
  • halflemon juice
  • salt / pepper
  • Oregano or provenza herbs
  • Optional (Avocado diced, boiled eggs)

Steps

  1. 1

    Just start mixing the ingredients for the dressing. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    On a frying pan, grease with a little bit of olive oil and fry the sausages until roasted. Reserve aside.

  3. 3

    Wash all vegetables and put them into a bowl. Add cheese, olives, sausages, pecans and pour the dressing all over, as much as you want.

  4. 4

    Optional; you can add diced avocados and boiled eggs. Ready to taste!.
