Steps

Soak tamarind in hot water for one hour

Make two bowl water and soak jaggery in it and convert it in liquid form

In jaggery water add coriander powder chaat masala jeera powder and salt as per taste

Add soaked tamarind pulp into it. Stir well add some ice cubes and serve.
Tips
You can use phudima for taste enhancement
