Wheat-Bajra Masala Bhakhri

In a bowl, mix wheat flour, bajra flour, methi, sesame, cumin, salt, turmeric, and hing.

Add oil and mix well with your fingers until crumbly.

Gradually add water and knead into a firm, smooth dough.

Divide dough into equal size balls. Roll each into a thick disc (about 10cm diameter).

Heat a tawa. Cook each bhakhri on medium heat, pressing gently, until golden on both sides.

Brush with ghee and serve hot.
Tips
For a crispier bhakhri, cook on low heat for a longer time, ensuring it is well-cooked inside.
